HERO Awards

At ISS, we like to say thanks.  We like to acknowledge our achievers and reward our Working HEROes. That's why we've designed the Pacific HERO Awards program which recognises outstanding performance by ISS employees across New Zealand and Australia.

The ISS Working HERO Awards is an internal recognition program for employees who have embraced the ISS values of Honesty, Responsibility, Entrepreneurship and Our Quality, displayed exceptional customer service and/or a commitment to working safely.

The HERO program allows anyone from ISS to recognise the great work of our fellow team members. Any employee can be nominated for a HERO Award, by their colleague, manager or by a customer, as long as they have worked for us for at least three months and meet the nomination criteria.

There are some fantastic prizes up for grabs too. Each nominee receives a Certificate of Achievement, a HERO pin and HERO socks!

The nominations provide us with great examples of how our teams are living the ISS values every day and going above and beyond to deliver great service to our customers.

Congratulations to Tarun Gupta and Apar Mehta Ultimate HERO Award Winners for 2018, exemplary cleaners from ISS' Education division. The 2019 HERO Awards Program is now underway.
