ISS strengthens partnership with Melbourne Airport operator through Security Services role extension

ISS Security Pty Ltd (ISS) has secured its Managed Security Services role with Australia Pacific Airports (Melbourne) Pty Ltd (APAM) for a further four years.

ISS Security Pty Ltd (ISS) has secured its Managed Security Services role with Australia Pacific Airports (Melbourne) Pty Ltd (APAM) for a further four years.

APAM and ISS have renewed their existing Managed Security Services relationship for a further four years. This new period extends a Security Partnership that covers three major terminals at the Airport –terminals 2, 3 and 4.

ISS has a long-standing relationship with APAM and has delivered Managed Security services to Melbourne Airport for over fifteen years.

ISS Chief Executive Officer Stuart Rose said, “I’m delighted APAM and ISS will continue their partnership to provide security services at Melbourne Airport and ensure the safety, compliance and experience of passengers and visitors to the Airport”.

“This four year term is testament to the relationships our existing Security team hold with APAM staff, and their ability to create safe and enjoyable customer experiences for passengers, employees and guests at the Airport,” Mr Rose added.    

APAM Chief of Aviation Lorie Argus said, “Based on our existing relationship built on shared values and respect, I look forward to seeing ISS deliver on our contract priorities to protect passengers, visitors and staff at Melbourne Airport, whilst delivering exceptional service for our travellers.”
